We are pleased to announce, working with our partners Lateral Alliances, a new membership website for their client Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).
The CFCA is a large global membership organisation for Communication Professionals. The CFCA wanted to be able to offer their members a shared resource hub that facilitates knowledge sharing and collaboration.
The new CFCA site enabled members to sign-up and purchase their required membership level online:
Members Portal
The membership enrolment process automatically creates a user account for the member to login to the site. Once the membership application is approved by the CFCA Team, the member can login to the restricted Members Portal:
The Members Portal is home for a range of restricted members only content, including a comprehensive, categorised Document Library:
The Members Portal also offer an interactive Forum, where members can discuss and post questions relating to their sector:
The member has full control of how their profile appears to other members and they can also manage/renew their membership subscription from the Members Portal.
