We do not believe that “one size fits all” and prefer to tailor our services to your requirements and budget, following an IT Review. Our 4 step process is as follows:
1. Review
We offer a free initial IT review to discuss your current IT setup and to get a better understanding of your business and current processes. We will discuss the ways in which technology may improve your processes and help your business become more efficient.
2. Proposal
Following the review we will prepare a no obligation proposal outlining our findings and recommendations for improvement. This will include a breakdown of implementation costs, ongoing support costs and a high-level implementation project plan.
3. Implementation
Should you decide to go ahead with the proposal, we will prepare a more detailed project plan and agree an implementation schedule. Depending on the scale of change, we would stage the implementation to ensure minimal business impact, so that you and your staff are comfortable with the proposed changes.
4. Support
Whatever solution or service we provide for you, we can offer on-going support and management. This could include end user support, endpoint management & monitoring and management of your Microsoft 365 environment. This also includes monthly reporting where applicable.

This can range from advice on a one-off issue or implementation project to engaging with us as a trusted partner to ensure your IT infrastructure and systems are robust and scaleable to support your business and grow with it.
We can help with a longer term strategy, acting as your virtual IT Manager to help you map out future requirements and priorities, budgeting accordingly.
IT Support & Proactive Management
Offering proactive IT support and management to ensure your computers remain trouble free.
Engage IT provide proactive support and monitoring to enable us to identify small issues early, before they develop into bigger problems.
We use Ninja One Remote Management and Monitoring software to centrally manage operating system and software updates and monitor your computers for any issues and potential problems, for example; disk errors, low disk space and high memory usage. This helps your computers remain healthy and secure.
We can also manage and monitor your hosted environments such as Microsoft 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop.
Any issue or requests that do arise are managed from initiation through to resolution following ITIL standards using our help desk system and remote access software.

3 x daily backups are retained for 30 days.
Dailies are kept after 30 days.
Weeklies are kept after 90 days.
Monthlies are kept after a year, then stored for selected retention period.

Email Authentication & Security

With the ever-increasing threat of email fraud where malicious actors use your email domain to impersonate users to access financial and personal data, securing and authenticating your email delivery has become paramount.
DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance) is an email authentication and reporting system that protects your organisation’s domains from spoofing, phishing and other cyber-attacks. It builds on the widely deployed email verification techniques: SPF (Sender Policy Framework) and DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail).
Unfortunately, most small organisations are unaware of these verification protocols, and these are often not configured, or mis-configured in their email system. This means your legitimate email could easily be going into your recipient’s junk folder and malicious actors could be sending spoof emails from your email domain.
Now that larger organisations such as Google and Yahoo are starting to enforce DMARC, it is important to ensure proper DMARC configuration and monitoring to reduce spoofing and phishing attempts by malicious actors and improve your legitimate email delivery.
Engage IT partner with PowerDMARC to correctly configure and monitor your email delivery and authentication for you. We can monitor and identify services sending email from your domain(s) and make sure SPF and DKIM records are properly configured for your legitimate email sources. We then configure a DMARC policy of quarantine/reject to advise recipient email servers what to do with email not received from your legitimate sources.
